Microsoft 365 Hybride Migration

**Overview**
As part of my MD-102 and MS-102 certification journey, I led a global hybrid migration project for a company with multiple small offices worldwide. The goal was to transition from on-premises Active Directory and Exchange 2016 to Microsoft 365.

**Challenge**
The company needed a scalable, low-disruption migration strategy that accounted for distributed teams and legacy infrastructure.

**Solution**
I designed a hybrid configuration using Azure AD Connect and Exchange Hybrid. I created the Microsoft 365 tenant, then migrated mailboxes and file shares country by country to ensure stability and user readiness.

PowerShell, Azure AD Connect, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MD-102/MS-102 certification knowledge.

**Outcome**
All mailboxes and file shares were successfully migrated. The hybrid setup allowed seamless identity management and improved collaboration across offices.

**Lessons Learned**
Phased rollouts reduce risk. Hybrid identity requires careful sync monitoring. Licensing and user training are key to adoption.
